Creative Process

Understand & Empathize

With empathy, understand the customer's unmet needs and pain points. Through research, become an expert on the competition.

Define & Target

Based on research learnings, define key business and unmet user needs. Craft a targeted project plan and approach.

Tell Compelling Stories

Draw upon user research, data, and business needs and objectives to craft experiences that tell brand and product stories that connect and resonate with consumers.

Ideate, Test, Learn

Without bias, brainstorm and explore multiple ideas and solutions: no matter how practical or audacious. Move forward with the best (and feasible) ones. Create prototypes to test with users and peers. Identify what works and what doesn't. Iterate and improve.

Execute with Detail

Design, refine, engineer and launch the product. Top it off with a stand-out go-to-market strategy.

Embrace the Mess

The creative process can be messy, sometimes crazy, and things don't always go as planned. Embrace the mess but always have a contingency plan. When necessary, use learnings, agility and self-awareness to pivot.
