What's the word?

I've worked on some great projects and teams. Here are a few words about working with me from colleagues I've been fortunate enough to work with.

Ron is one of those rare breeds in creative who understands how to interpret data and create compelling visual storytelling. I worked with him for a few years before he worked directly on my team and you can’t ask for a better employee.

Ron is always calm and collected and does not take critiques on projects personally. He has also participated in many different areas of creative which is amazing, as he understands how complicated a project may be and provides an accurate timeline. Another great quality is Ron’s passion to learn more. I had challenged him on several occasions to take on projects outside of his wheelhouse and he never resisted and in fact, put in immense effort to learn new skills and produce some really great work.

All of these qualities also translate to Ron’s ability as a team leader. I have not met one designer that has worked for him, that hasn’t had nice things to say. His demeanor as an employee is the same as a leader. He is very pragmatic and a natural teacher.

Ron is an all around amazing human being and someone who I would surely work with again.

I worked on a large site redesign project with Ron and couldn't have asked for a better design lead to collaborate with. He has a great handle over UX / UI and how to design within specific technical constraints. A complex project, I witnessed him excel at project managing his design team and tight deadlines. His feedback for engineers and his creative team was always spot on and pivotal in producing the great improvements we measured in overall site performance post launch. Outside of his technical and design acumen, he is also a gem of human and overall great guy. Keeping his cool under pressure is probably one of his greatest strengths!
